Have you made your room reservation for the Walk yet? We have a block of twenty rooms at the extremely low rate of $99/night. The hotel is the Sheraton Suites, near Old Town Alexandria. The direct number is 703-836-4700 (tell them you are with Clan Donald). Remember there is more than one Sharaton in the same area so make sure you are dealing with Sheraton Suites in Alexandria, VA.
The 2008 Christmas Walk reservation form and more details are available. Check out the page for complete details of the event. We hope to have Paypal activated for dinner registration before the end of August. We are limited to 200 total guests, so don't delay.

Start making your plans to attend the Virginia Scottish Games and Festival. The games will be held over two days (September 13 & 14) from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Sky Meadows State Park near Delaplane, VA (about 50 miles west of Washington D.C.). This is a full event with athletic and dancing competitions plus entertainment, all for the price of admission. Clan Donald Mid-East will be ever present, so stop in at our tent, eat, drink and socialize.
